You now have a dedicated Key Account Manager that will assist with expert print advice, quotes and samples. You are also able to access a highly knowledgeable Customer Experience Representative that will ensure your artwork and finished product meets our quality standards. They both closely together to provide you with the best service.
Our POD team members work closely together to share ideas, knowledge and advice to give you the best print solutions. Because, here at Whirlwind we pride ourselves on providing not only excellent print, but also excellent service and support.
How it works:
We have ensured that the transition to our POD structure has minimal impact on our customers, and leads to great benefits. All of our customers now have their own ‘Batman’; a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM). They provide customers with quotes, provide samples and assist with any queries and provide advice to help produce the best print outcomes.
Their partner in crime ‘Robin’ will be a group of Customer Experience Representatives (CERs) that will be by ensure artwork is print ready, enter print jobs into our system and track it so we can provide exceptional print products. Our Business Development Manager will be on the road giving you a helping a hand to navigate the printing process.
