We put a lot of effort into producing top quality print for you and your clients, so we want to make sure it’s delivered in excellent condition.
Our packaging is optimised for the size of your work – to ensure your print is as safe as possible and to minimise waste.
Here are some of the ways we pack your print to keep it safe and sound:
If your print is small quantity basic pack and trim (think flyers or promocards), it will be placed inside a rigid flat box, which is folded once to create a protective shell and then folded again and sealed with tape.
Business cards are placed in a white business card box (each box fitting up to 500 cards) with a sample on top. This box is then packed in a rigid cardboard box, cushioned with recycled plastic air pouches and taped closed for delivery.
For larger print items and quantities (think brochures, booklets etc), we use quality cardboard boxes. Your print will be bundled, placed in the box and cushioned with recycled plastic air pouches. The box is taped closed and a box lid is then fitted over the top and strapped closed (if the box lid gets its corners knocked around in transit, the box itself should still look sharp). A sample of your work is placed inside a plastic sleeve and taped to the top of the box, so you can review your work without opening the packaging – super handy if you’re passing it on to your client.
Irregular shaped print (think presentation folders or formecut), will be shrink wrapped before being placed into an appropriately sized box.
Beyond ensuring your print arrives safely, did you know we can also print custom labels for your business? Your print will be delivered with labels that have your branding, logo, address or contact details. So we remain an invisible supplier – the secret weapon up your sleeve. This service is free of charge – just talk to your account manager about setting up your label.
